The Agri-food Technology Innovation Awards, part of the Agrobiotech Innovation Forum, recognise applicable, scalable solutions capable of generating real value for the agri-food and bio-industrial system.

01 · The call
We are looking for technologies, equipment, systems, processes and solutions that move the agro-industry forward: more competitive, efficient, sustainable, safe and resilient.

02 · Categories and prizes
A first and a second prize per category. The jury will place particular value on demonstrable impact, knowledge transfer and the competitiveness of the agri-food system.

The free exhibition space attached to each first prize will be 12 m² and may only be used at the 2027 edition of the Agrobiotech Innovation Forum. This benefit is personal and non-transferable for the winning entity, cannot be exchanged for money or any other consideration, and is subject to the general participation conditions of the 2027 edition. The organisers will decide the location, format and services included in the exhibition space.
03 · Who can apply
Companies, startups, manufacturers, cooperatives, technology integrators, spin-offs, R&D&I organisations, associations or consortia.
A functional, demonstrable technological solution linked to a specific agro-industrial or pre-industrial application, offering a distinctive improvement over existing solutions.
At least: a functional prototype, pilot, demonstrator, validation in a relevant environment, first deployment, or a technology product or service already available.
Up to two per entity, one per category. The same solution may only be entered in one category, and must not have won an award in previous editions without substantial changes.
04 · How applications are assessed
Each category prioritises the factors that best express its purpose. In the event of a tie, technological differentiation prevails.

Greatest potential for technological scale-up and business and regional transformation

Submit your application through the online form. You can include an image and links to video, a technical data sheet, test results or pilot references as optional material.
